I love rainy spring days. It means the grass will be greener, flowers will start blooming and sometimes it can mean a rainbow will appear. A rainbow is such a magical sight. This fruit platter is so fun and easy to make and it is a great way to show your children about eating ‘a rainbow’ of healthy foods.
**I made this again with a round plate with a dip reservoir and it was perfect but the first few times I made the platter I made it on a cookie sheet. I used I little bit of lightly dampened paper towel to fill the gaps when I transported it to keep its shape. **
You can see from the two platter that there are lots of colour options to use for the fruit!
