Have I mentioned how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE packing school lunches? I have been trying to find some nut free snacks I could make for my son that will help fill his tummy and keep him going throughout the day. I have been seeing lately some great granola ball or energy bite recipes so I figured I would tweak them to meet the strict no nut policy at our school and also suit my sons taste. I also new I wanted it to be a recipe I could make easily and quickly.
