- place cookie sheet in the freezer for 1 hour (I set a timer or I will forget but they are ok the next day)
- transfer firm, frozen berries to labelled baggies
- try to get excess air out of bags when sealing
- place in freezer
- remove and use as needed, because they are not stuck together they are great to add a handful to smoothies or in baking
